MOR star rating and review help the consumer make informed decisions.
When your renovation is done, we ask that you leave a star rating and review it on the service provider page. After the service provider had performed the task, you can log in to your account to search for the company name that had done up your house. And rate your experience and their service on a scale of 1 – 5 stars. 1 represents bad to 5 reflecting excellence work done.
The business score is translated as follows:
- 9 - 10 pts = Excellence
- 7.5 - 8.9 pts = Very Good
- 5 - 7.4 pts = Good
- 3 - 4.9 pts = Average
- 1 - 2.9 pts = Bad
Here are some pointers to assist you when leaving your review:
- Price: Is the price worth it for you?
- Service: Did your service provider promptly respond to calls, emails, or questions in a timely manner? Were they on time?
- Workmanship: Did the product meet your expectations?
- Recommendation: Overall, would you recommend this company to your friends or relative?
