Is it "MANDATORY" to inform your neighbours in the vicinity of your unit about your upcoming Renovation Hacking works in HDB flats?

Neighbours staying around your unit will NEED TO BE INFORMED a few days before any hacking works are conducted. This includes placing notices in the lift lobby on the ground floor and on the respective renovation unit level.
