-PRELIMINARIES

1. Submission to HDB for Hacking, Replacement of windows, ETC. (Exclude Professional Engineer (PE) if require by HDB)
2. To provide labour / material for General Cleaning to whole house
3. Clearing of Debris, Supply of Sand, Upload of materials
   • (Payable to Site-Contractors est. $1000- $2000)
4. Floor protection by corrugated fibreboard
5. Provide 3D for on Carpentry (Max 3 drawings)
6. ubmission Licence Plumber (LP) Endorsement to PUB

-PLUMBING WORKS

1. Supply labour to install 2nos of Instant heaters / 1 Storage Tank Heater
2. Supply labour to install toilet accessories at 2 bathrooms
3. Supply labour to install 1 set of Kitchen Sink and Tap at Kitchen

-MASONRY WORKS (Tiles By Owner)

1. Construct kitchen mortar base complete with Side tiling works
2. Construct fridge base complete with Full tiling works
3. Construct washing machine base complete with Full tiling works

-CARPENTRY WORKS

1. Design and fabricate (L) 10 Ft Bottom and (L) 10 FT Top Kitchen Cabinet c/w free soft close hinges for Cabinet Door
2. Design and fabricate (L) 5 FT X (H) 8.5 FT Full Height Casement Wardrobe in Master Bedroom

-CEILING WORKS

1. Supply and erect false ceiling or L-box at Living and dining area
2. Supply and erect false ceiling at foyer and passage-way

-PAINTING

1. Supply labour and materials to paint whole unit using Nippon V5000 emulsion paint (Max 5 + 1 Colour)

-Professional Consultation Fee

1. MOR Professional Consultant Fee (Design Consultation + Project Documentations + All Warranties Support)

Terms and Conditions:

1. This package is strictly Not allow to combine with other promotion.
2. In the event of additional items during the renovation, “Service Fee” is chargeable for the renovation.
3. Consultant Fee and Service Fee will base on MOR Plan template.
4. Package does not include:
   • items not state in the Package
   • Public Liability Insurance
5. If Owner is staying in and require pro-rate renovation, the cost will be increase by:
   • $1,200 for 2 Pro-rate
   • $1,800 for 3 Pro-rate
