To redeem this promotion, follow these simple steps:

1. Register a “Homeowner account” on the Ministry of Renovation (MOR) website portal (www.mor.sg).
2. Click on the “Get Promo” Button on this screen and type “K1B_PKG” and Sent.
3. Alternatively, you can also WhatsApp : “K1B_PKG” to “9092 0775”.
4. MOR Designer will response back to you and arrange for a meeting.

Kitchen 1 Bathroom Package @ $34,888 (HDB)

-PRELIMINARIES

1. Submission to HDB permit for Hacking, Replacement of windows, ETC. (Exclude Professional Engineer (PE) if require by HDB)
2. To provide labour / material for General Cleaning to Kitchen 1 Bathroom
3. Clearing of Debris, Supply of Sand, Upload of materials
4. Floor protection using corrugated fibreboard
5. Provide 3D drawing for Carpentry Work (Max 1 drawing)
6. Submission of Licence Plumber (LP) permit Endorsement to PUB

-HACKING & DEMOLITION WORKS

1. Hack off existing floor (<220 Sq Ft) and wall tiles at Kitchen and 1 Toilet
2. Dismantle 1nos. of existing 1 Toilets Doors
3. Hack off existing toilet Water Closet (WC), Wash Basin (WB), Water heater and Accessories at 1 Toilet
4. Dismantle all Kitchen Cabinet, Kitchen Sink, Hood and Hob at Kitchen

-MASONRY WORKS

1. Construct kitchen mortar base complete with Side tiling works
2. Construct fridge base complete with Full tiling works
3. To supply labour & material to lay 2-Step K-11/104 water proofing
4. To Supply Labour to do cement screeding for Kitchen Floor (<220 Sq Ft)
5. To supply labour and materials to lay floor tiles using (300mm x 300mm) heavy-duty homogeneous tiles at kitchen. (<220 Sq Ft)
6. Supply Labour to do cement screeding for Kitchen Wall
7. To supply labour and materials to lay wall tiles using (300mm x 600mm) Polished Design Ceramic tiles at Kitchen Wall.
8. To supply labour & material to lay 2-Step K-11/104 water proofing at Master Bathroom Floor
9. To supply labour to do cement screeding for Master Bathroom Floor
10. To supply labour and materials to lay floor tiles using (300mm x 300mm) heavy-duty homogeneous tiles at Master Bathroom.
11. Supply Labour to do cement screeding for Master Bathroom Wall
12. To supply labour and materials to lay wall tiles using (300mm x 600mm) Polished Design Ceramic tiles at Master Bathroom.
13. Construct Entrance kerb/Step Down/Ramp at Master Bathroom Entrance

-CARPENTRY WORKS

1. Design and fabricate (L) 10 Ft Bottom and (L) 10 FT Top Kitchen Cabinet c/w free soft close hinges for Cabinet Door

*Kitchen Carpentry uses high-pressure solid plywood c/w laminate finish, ABS trimming

1. Supply labour to install Stainless Steel piping (Cold) at Kitchen and 1 Toilet

> Separate Toilet add $280

2. Supply labour to install 1nos of Instant heaters
3. Supply labour to install toilet accessories at 1 bathroom
4. Supply labour to install 1nos of WC in 1 Bathroom
5. Supply labour to install 1nos of Basin and Taps in 1 Bathroom (w/o cabinet)
6. Supply labour to install 1nos of Spray Gun in 1 Bathroom
7. Supply labour to install 1 set of Kitchen Sink and Tap at Kitchen

-ALUMINIUM

1. Fabricate and install 1nos of (L) 3 FT X (H) 7 FT Bi-Fold Door in Master Bathroom

-PAINTING

1. Supply labour and materials using NIPPON PAINT to paint Kitchen and 1 Toilet Ceiling

-Professional Consultation Fee

1. MOR Professional Consultant Fee

Terms and Conditions:

1. The package includes all specified renovation works and services outlined in our promotion package, such as design consultation, materials, and labour (subject to terms).
2. This promotion is available to all homeowners planning a renovation for their residential property within Singapore.
3. This package cannot combine with any other promotions.
4. In the event of additional items and/or alteration during the renovation, items will be charged respectively.
5. Consultant Fee and Service Fee plan do not apply to package and will be based on the MOR Plan template separately.
6. Promotion is valid from 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Dec 2025.
7. Package does not include:
   • Items not stated in the package
   • Public Liability Insurance (subject to site and compensation)
   • Electrical Works
   • Kitchen Appliances – Hood / Hob / Oven / Etc…
   • Bathroom Accessories – Sink / Taps / Etc…
   • Lighting Accessories – Ceiling Light / Downlight / Ceiling Fan / Etc…
8. If Owner is staying in and require pro-rate renovation, the cost will be increase by:
   • $1,200 for 2 Pro-rate
   • $1,800 for 3 Pro-rate
9. Ministry of Renovation reserves the rights to change or amend the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
