- MOR Designer will respond to you within the next few working days.
- Engage with the Ministry of Renovation with a contract of $38,000 and above for any renovation works done using any renovation contractors listed in the MOR portal.
- Upon completion of renovation works with Full payment collected. Homeowner will receive a "30 pax Buffet" (Halal) treat for House Warming within the next 14 working days.

Terms and Conditions:
- Homeowners MUST have an account on the MOR website (www.mor.sg) in order to receive the Rewards.
- This promotion is strictly Not allowed to combine with other promotions, such as package.
- The contract of $38,000 does not include "Consultant Fee" and "Service Fee".
- Contract MUST BE $38,000 and above Upon Engagement of Renovation, if the end of Project reaches above $38,000, it SHALL NOT be entitled to this Reward.
- This Promotion does not apply to MOR Renovation Packages.
- All the contractors used MUST Be strictly from MOR Web Portal and transactions by homeowner and contractor themselves will not be entertained by MOR.
- Ministry of Renovation reserves the right to change or amend the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
