As a thank you for choosing the Ministry of Renovation (MOR) platform to get your renovation quotes, we’re rewarding you with a $10 Starbucks Gift Card! It's easy to claim your reward—just follow these simple steps:

How to Claim:

1. Sign Up as a “Homeowner” or “Log In” to your account on the MOR website, “www.mor.sg”.
2. Request Quotes by selecting “Minimum 10 different services” for your renovation works through our platform.
3. After you have completed point 2, Contact Us via “WhatsApp” or click on “Redeem Now” to start your redemption process. (Note: No automatic participation! WhatsApp; "RWS_10" to "9092 0775".)
4. After receiving your quotes, ensure your invoice includes the required details:
   • Correct date
   • Company name or contractor name
   • At least 25 quotations received. (This will be verify by MOR officer)
5. Collect Your Starbucks Gift Card by picking it up in person. If you require delivery, you will need to cover the courier cost.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This reward is only applicable to registered homeowners on the MOR platform.
2. The $10 Starbucks Card Reward is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase for registered homeowners in Singapore only.
3. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
4. Homeowners must either use WhatsApp or click on "Redeem Now" to participate. There will be no automatic participation in this campaign.
5. Each homeowner is entitled to one-time redemption for this campaign reward.
6. Homeowners may or may not need to commit (i.e., sign) with any of the renovation contractors they request quotes from in order to be eligible.
7. Homeowners must provide a record of the invoice for quoted items, which can be in soft copy or hard copy or a message with the contact number of the sales representative they communicated with from the service company. Verbal quotes will not be accepted.
8. The invoice must include the correct "period," "name of the company or contractor," and the "quantity" of at least 25 quotations received to qualify for this redemption.
9. Homeowners are allowed to resend the quote request if they find they have not received enough quotations.
10. Homeowners must self-collect the gift card in person. If courier services are requested, the homeowner will be responsible for any associated delivery charges.
11. If the gift card is not claimed within 3 months of the "Successful" status, the gift card will be automatically void.
12. Ministry of Renovation reserves the right to change or amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
