How Does This Work?
- Sign Up as a “Homeowner” or “Log In” to your account on the MOR website, “www.mor.sg”.
- Contact Us via “WhatsApp” or click on “Redeem Now” to start your redemption process. (Note: No automatic participation! WhatsApp; "RWS_50" to "9092 0775".)
- Click on the "Redeem Now" button on this screen to reach us once you've completed the following steps (Points 4 to 6 below).
- Click on the "Get FREE Quote" button and “Submit” an enquiry for your renovation works.
- Engage with MOR listed Suppliers or contractors that you submit through the MOR renovation portal.
- Keep your original invoice after work done and take a photo of the completed work. (This will be verified by MOR officer)
- Done!
Terms and Conditions:
- Homeowners MUST have an account on the MOR website (www.mor.sg) in order to redeem the rewards.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
- For more than $2,500 spent with MOR listed companies, homeowner is entitled to redeem a $10 NTUC Voucher, up to a maximum of $50 per job site address:
- $0 - $2,500 = $0
- $2,501 - $5,000 = $10 NTUC Voucher
- $5,001 - $7,500 = $20 NTUC Voucher
- $7,501 - $10,000 = $30 NTUC Voucher
- $10,501 - $12,500 = $40 NTUC Voucher
- $12,501 - $15,000 = $50 NTUC Voucher (Max per Address)
- Only homeowners who own the flat are eligible to participate in this rewards campaign.
- Homeowners must submit through MOR online portal to engage with our listed renovation contractors. Any engagement outside the MOR portal will be void.
- E.g. ABC Contractor was engaged without using MOR's "Get Free Quote" section, even though they are listed on MOR's website, the invoice will be rejected.
- All invoices MUST BE from individual sub-contractors listed in the MOR renovation portal. Engaging a main contractor or interior design company is not eligible. A maximum of 2 renovation jobs from the same company is allowed in a single invoice.
- Example: 1 service job (Painting) = 1 invoice (Approved), 2 service jobs (Painting + Carpentry) = 1 invoice (Approved), 3 service jobs (Painting + Carpentry + Tiling) = 1 invoice (Rejected).
- Invoice Period: Homeowners can combine all invoices. The first and last invoice dates must fall within 2 months of the renovation period at the same address. Invoices from different job site addresses are not allowed.
- All original invoices, after completion of the work, must be scanned in PDF format or clearly photographed and submit it to MOR officer for verification. MOR officer will also contact your renovation contractor to verify the details.
- Please kindly take and upload photos of the newly renovated areas (e.g., kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, etc.) that match the items listed in your invoice. These photos must be taken at the actual site (not 3D Drawings).
- If the images are unclear, an MOR officer may request to visit your job site to retake site photos. (By participating, homeowners allow MOR to have the rights to use these images for marketing purposes.)
- This campaign does not apply if the homeowner renovates using MOR’s “Book A Designer” service or works with any MOR designer.
- In the event of fraud or dishonesty in any submission, all submitted invoices will be void, and no rewards shall be issued for that job site address.
- Participate homeowners must self-collect the voucher. If homeowner need courier services, the homeowner will bear the delivery costs.
- If the Voucher is not claimed within 3 months of the date of "Successful", the voucher will be void automatically.
- Ministry of Renovation reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
