How to Redeem:

1. Register a "Homeowner account" on the Ministry of Renovation (MOR) website portal at www.mor.sg.
2. Click on the "Redeem Now" button on this screen to reach us.
3. Alternatively, you can also WhatsApp; "GCODE_UBP" to "9092 0775".
4. MOR officer will respond to with your Personalised Referral Code, along with the commission table chart attachment.
   *To Process your request, please provide:
   • Your Name
   • Your Email Address
   • Your Mobile Number (linked to PayNow)
5. Upon receiving your Referral Code, Share your Referral code with homeowners, friends, and anyone in need of repair or renovation services. Make sure they indicate your unique “Referral code” in the remark section during their "Get Quote" submission on the MOR platform. Otherwise, the referral will not be counted.
6. Likewise, you can earn more by referring renovation contractors or suppliers. Similarly, make sure they indicate your unique “Referral code” during their engagement on the MOR platform. Otherwise, the referral will not be counted.
7. You will receive a referral account statement in the 3^rd week of each month, summarizing your earnings.
8. Refer as many homeowners as you like—there’s no limit! The more you refer, the more rewards you earn. You can Earn More than $10,000/month!

Terms and Conditions:

1. This reward is only applicable to registered homeowners / Business owner on the MOR platform.
2. Homeowners must insert your referral code during their "Get Quote" submission to qualify for the referral reward.
3. Supplier / Contractors must insert your referral code during their engagement with MOR to qualify for the referral reward. The deposit amount must not be tied to any MOR packages; otherwise, the referral reward will be void.
4. Referral codes submitted after the "Quote Submission Completed" stage and/or after a supplier/contractor has signed an engagement with MOR will strictly NOT be eligible.
5. Referral codes will be recorded once per transaction, if there are 2 different referral code submitted, the entry will be void.
6. Both the homeowner and the referrer must have an active account on the MOR website (www.mor.sg) to receive rewards. If the homeowner did not register as a user on MOR platform and complete the submission, the entry will be void.
7. The MOR Referral Programme applies only to 'Get Quote' submissions via the MOR platform.
8. Direct transactions between homeowners and contractors, bypassing the MOR platform submission, will not be eligible for rewards.
9. For Homeowners, the reset date will be on the 14^th of every month and an official statement will be sent to you on the 3^rd Week via WhatsApp and email.
10. Commission for quote submissions will be automatically transferred via PayNow to your account on the 28^th of every month. For supplier/contractor referrals, commissions will be processed after an additional one-month holding period to prevent disputes arising from potential cancellations.
11. The Ministry of Renovation reserves the right to amend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
